A same day service is available on orders collected before 11 am, otherwise our standard turn around for most orders is 24 hours.

Do I need to separate my clothes?

You will only need to separate the clothing if different services are being requested, for example laundry & dry cleaning or alterations.

How long does delivery take?

Once we've collected your laundry, standard orders are delivered 2 days later — for example, a Monday pick-up is delivered on Wednesday. You choose your exact pick-up and delivery time slots at checkout, and the available dates are set automatically based on this turnaround.

How long do duvets and bulky items take?

Accepted Answer

Duvets, bedding, pillows and other bulky items need an extra day to clean properly, so any order containing these items is delivered 3 days after pick-up — for example, a Monday pick-up is delivered on Thursday. When your basket includes these items, the earliest delivery dates update automatically at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery in London?

Yes. If both your pick-up and delivery addresses are in our London Zone 1 area, delivery is free and your order is processed one day faster — a Monday pick-up can be delivered as early as Tuesday. Outside the zone, our standard delivery rates and turnaround apply.
