Ironing questions, answered
- Do you iron as well as wash?
- Yes. You can send items for ironing only, or have them washed and pressed together in the same order.
- Do I need to sort my clothes before collection?
- No. Put everything in one bag and tell us which service you want when you book. We separate items when the order is processed.
- How are my clothes returned?
- Pressed items come back on hangers and protected, so they are ready to put straight in the wardrobe.
- What happens with delicate or dry-clean-only items?
- Check the care label and select dry cleaning when you book. Anything that needs specialist handling is treated separately rather than pressed with the general load.
- Where do you collect from?
- Across London, plus Watford, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes. Collection availability and any delivery charge are confirmed from your full postcode when you book.
- How do I know my order was collected and delivered?
- Your order is photographed at collection and at delivery, and you can track the driver live from the app.
